The last thing anyone wants to face is being wrongly accused of a crime but, unfortunately, it can happen. Mr. Dasher's rape allegation is false – meaning that there is a slew of evidence that was never addressed . Also, there was not enough evidence to bring charges. --- A rape might have occurred, but James had nothing to do with the crime he was accused of.

March 30, 1951 to Mr. and Mrs. Dasher, James eventually grew into the man who is the loving, caring and devoted father to his beautiful son and daughter.
This incredible man is loved by friends and family more than can ever be stated. His sudden imprisonment has left a huge hole in our hearts.
